Meet Me On Monday – Favorite fudge to Waffles or Pancakes
It’s Monday again. With that being said, it’s time to link up with Java and play today’s meme: Meet Me On Monday!
1. What is your favorite kind of fudge? Ooo, I love fudge! If I had to pick ONLY one type, then it would be chocolate peanut butter fudge. Sort of what’s pictured to the left, except not so much as swirled PB but chunks of PB. Yum!
2. Is there snow outside your window? The gray is bare of the white stuff, but the forecast is calling for some flurries today. I don’t believe it’ll amount to anything since our expected high forecasted to reach 50ºF. It’s gonna feel like a heat wave today. LOL
3. What is your favorite meal of the day? No doubt about it, breakfast would be my top pick. I enjoy getting a good start on my day. The first meal can range from cold or hot cereals to a full-blown feast as in this picture. I do not do well if I skip the first meal of the day.
4. Do you text on your cell phone? Sometimes. I am not big into texting at all. I’d rather call someone over texting any day, but sometimes it’s difficult to reach some people. So, it’s a nice alternative when you can’t actually speak.
5. Waffles or pancakes? Again, this is easy for me. Pancakes! I love blueberry pancakes with maple syrup. But, plain pancakes topped with maple syrup is to die for, too. Plain pancakes can be served with a lot of various toppings giving you more options and opportunity to have back-to-back any day of the week. And, pancakes are good for dinner, too.

Never tasted peanut butter fudge, but if it’s anything like Reese cups then I’d like it.

@Mary…yep, it sure did feel like a heat wave yesterday. Now for some more nasty stuff moving in tonight, but I’m hopeful our nice temps will keep anything from laying on the roads. I want the beautiful warmth of spring’s sunshine beaming across my face and a gentle breeze creasing my skin so bad, but we still have two months left of winter. Blah!
