A friend told me about Mary Chaplin Carpenter and I found this song, which really spoke to my heart. I love her beautiful folk style presentation of this piece that was once done by the Beatles if I’m not mistaken.
I dedicate this song to the love of my life, my husband, my best friend, Robin.

This was one of my all time favorite songs of hers, so much so that I played it when I got married the first time….that is the song I walked down the aisle to. So much for that! lol, we were divorced!

@CatChat..it really is a beautiful song and I can it being perfect for weddings. Although this song wasn’t played at our wedding, it looks like my husband and I are working on growing old along side the other with 31 years behind us. I hope we have many, many more!
