Friday Fill-ins

Follow Friday Four Fill-in Fun Blog Hop

This is a new Friday blog hop hosted by Hillary @ Feeling Beachie .  I’m getting a very late on this post this evening, but I wanted to participate in Hillary’s meme.  Incidentally, don’t click on the picture.  It won’t take you to her blog post, you’ll need to click on the hyperlink provided.

Now, here are this week’s statements:

1) I can’t help it, but everytime I go to the grocery store, I cannot buy a single item. Everything is in multiples. It drives me bonkers to buy an odd number of anything.  Does this mean, I mean I have an obsessive compulsive disorder or am I just crazy?  Hmmm, I opt for the first choice. Geez, some may see that as crazy, too.  I guess it really doesn’t matter how you label me then, huh? =D.

2) No one believes I like boiled turnips when I was pregnant with my first daughter, as much as I do did.

3) My nose is my least favorite part of my physical appearance.

4) The first time I cooked for my significant other, I made  fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, and yeast rolls.  This was when we were dating.  My sweetie took me to a lovely little state park for a picnic. What fond memories!

As you may have figured out the underlined portion is what I had to fill in and this what you’ll need to run with. So, if you want to link up then click on Hillary’s web address at the top.  You’ll be directed to her site where you can link up and join the Friday hop party. Enjoy!

Have an awesome weekend!

    @Hillary…yep, just a tad of OCD! lol. Today, we can laugh about our disorders when yesteryears ago we’d be shamed by them. My nose isn’t my fondest feature, but I don’t hate it like I once did. In fact, it rather suits me. It wouldn’t quite as good on another, you know what I mean?

    Thanks so much for joining in… I think you might have a little OCD, but I don’t think you are alone.. I kind of love it! I don’t like my nose either!

    @Donnie…you’re always so sweet.

    @Holly Ann….Thank you for stopping by. Turnips was my one of my crazier cravings, if you ask me. I also had a wild thing for watermellon. I wanted lots of that with all three. That’s been a lot of years ago, though, and I still have to have watermellon the first return of it in produce every spring.

    Hi! Found you through the hop and I’m now your newest follower. 🙂

    I love hearing about pregnancy cravings – yours was a good one. All I wanted to eat in my 2nd pregnancy was snocones!
