First Time Blogger

I can’t believe it’s happening; I’m getting my first children’s book published, The Tale of Ole Green Eyes! This has been my long-standing dream. I did some writing when I was a teenager but became more serious after the birth of my first child. The busyness of being a mommy, home-maker, and eventually a home educator took its demands on my cramped schedule. I put my writing pursuits on the rear burner. I knew then, that window of time would be short.  We only one child left under the roof and now the empty nest syndrome is beginning. The wait has been worth it. I wasn’t ready 16-years ago. Now is my time to shine and I hope you’ll join me along my journey to seeing my dream come true!
