Wordless Wednesday

A beautiful Sunday #WW

Image capture Canon SD880 IS

Welcome Kittens & Dawgs! There’s nothing particularly magical about this image to the unseen eye but for me this is the way I will forever remember this past Sunday’s beautiful sunny, blue sky.

The crisp autumn air still lingering, I inhaled the freshness of God’s world when I noticed a trace of fall’s arrival near my feet.  The day was purrfect in every way. My life forever changed.  Why? Well, I’ll let you discover that for yourself in yesterday’s post. 😉

[tweetthis]I linked up with Curious as a Cathy for some not-so #WW fun. You’re invited to you join the party! #photography[/tweetthis]

Today’s ABC Wednesday alphabet prompt is the letter P, as in I’m really, really Pooped! You’ll understand why if you read yesterday’s post

P is for the best pals for life, Pooh & Piglet!
P is for a picture of my very own little Pooh Bear from 1997.

P is for piano. Better still how about piano mewsic by The Piano Guys performing Christina Perris  ‘A Thousand Years‘ or the Peanuts Charlie Brown Medley.

Mary is hosting a song-a-day all month long, so click to join her!

With everything transpiring in my life I have not had time to get tomorrow’s post done and I doubt that I will have time; plus Friday is DH’s day off, so you may not see me around Blogosphere until the start of next week.  Have a good day!

Another great sketch, Cathy! Pooh and Piglet are the best at putting things in simple, yet meaningful perspective. Also, thank you for the adding the link for the Piano Guys’s other video, I thought that was such a beautiful cover for Christina Perri’s song. A bit surprised, actually, I don’t usually like instrumental only covers, but it was extremely well done! 🙂

You are right you don’t spell love you feel love. Very well done.

Love Pooh & Piglet. So adorable.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. Love you. ♥

Love the pics, Cathy, especially the one of your family. And what would Halloween be without Peanuts and Charlie Brown. Have a great week!

      Eugenia,

As a child, I always enjoyed watching “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown” and when ours did, too. Everyone loves this born-loser. Snoopy is my favorite character, though.

Yes, your life did change on Sunday when you became a Grandma. You two will have so much fun together. Cute Halloween photo. Thanks for hosting. XO

    Hi, Cathy!

    Happy ABC Wednesday, dear friend!

I just read your lovely reply to the comment I left on CAAC yesterday. I feel the happy glow radiating from you and your family. You will indeed be “anchored” forever to memories of Sunday’s blue sky and sunshine, the colorful fall leaves and other details, great and small, permanently linked in your mind to the purrfect day when your granddaughter Angelina Nicole was born. Your happiness is mine. May she have a long and happy life!

Given the flurry of activity and the stress you endured in the days leading up to that ideal moment when everything came together and the baby was born, I can understand why P is for Pooped. If you drew that sketch of Pooh & Piglet, then you have erased any doubt that you have artistic talent. It’s wonderful! Is that a picture of your three kids, Cathy? I take it Angelina’s mommy, DD#1, is on the right in that picture, correct? That’s a terrific picture of your kids as they looked in 1997. P is for Peanuts and Piano Guys and I enjoyed the rousing tune played by the combo, and so did those seniors who danced, clapped and rocked in their seats.

If you can’t offer Friday Sillies this week I will be thinking of you just the same. I share your family’s excitement and joy over the great mews of Angelina’s birth and hope you will share pictures of her from time to time so that we can follow her growth and development. She truly is a little Angel.

Enjoy the rest of your week, dear friend Cathy!

      Tom,

I did sketch Pooh & Piglet. You might recall I drew this image around Valentine’s Day on my iPad using Procreate. I just dropped the Happy Valentine’s Day message and uploaded to my site again. It was just that simple and purrfect fit for the letter ‘P”. Yes, that’s DD#1 on the right hand side of the photo.

Thanks for visiting, good friend. Have an excellent afternoon!
