I thought this promo went well. Admittedly, I was a bit disappointed participation was low, but I’m sure next time I’ll have more people to join in.
Rafflecopter was really a cool program to use and it kept up with the entries. It was easy to set up. I was unsure how or if Rafflecopter would generate a winner for my give-away. No doubt, I did something wrong. So what was I do to? I decided to generate my own random draw the old fashion way.
First, I created a list of entries like this…
Second, I cut and folded each entry and tossed in a bowl like this…
Third, I got DS to draw one out of the bowl…
Finally, the winner is…

What a great idea to give only 24 hours for the winner to respond. When I did the MyMemories give-away, I had to do the drawing I think four times before I got a winner that would respond back to me and they each had at least a week to respond. Oh well. It was fun anyway. 🙂
