Pink not P!NK
Welcome to week # 167 with Monday’s Music Moves Me! Gillian/A Daft Scots Lass is bringing cancer awareness to the dance floor with her “songs with PINK in the title” theme.
I am not ashamed to admit it, but songs with “pink” in the title don’t pop in my mind easily. Thankfully, I do not need to pull out what little hair I have to come up with these instead I just ask my good buddy, Google. A few of these I have heard before and the rest… well, I can’t say for sure. Until there is a cure for cancer, let’s dance, dance, dance!
Although it’ll be awhile before we see it again but here’s to looking forward to spring time blossoms.
Two of my favorite colors together is white and pink. This is the ultimate girlie combo which suits me to a perfect but on a guy I’m like, “I dunno!”
The next song I don’t understand unless the lyrics are implying it’s okay for guys to wear pink. This line sorta leads me to believe that…Don’t judge me by the color, confuse it for another. What do you think the words mean in “Geek In The Pink”?

There was a house in our rural community of southern West Virginia that stood out from the rest and it always intrigued me about why anyone would paint their home this color. Can you guess the color?

I loved this theme — who would have thought there were actually a lot of songs with pink in the title? I didn’t find a lot, but I was still surprised that there were quite a few. I almost cheated and just did songs by Pink the artist.
I had not heard the Jason Mraz one before – I like him.
