Meet Me on Monday

Meet Me On Monday – Nightlights to Time Travel

Hello and thanks for joining me for my MMoM responses.

1. Do you sleep with a nightlight on?   No, I don’t sleep with a nightlight on. However, my husband often times plays with his iPod Touch at bedtime. That little light annoys me sometimes as I need the room to be black to fall into a deep sleep, but I put up with my husband’s nightly routine because he’s worth it and it gives him a bit of relaxation just before he goes to sleep. He deserves it.

2. What do you drink with dinner?    I usually drink water with dinner but occasionally diet soda.

3. Do you play the lottery? If so, how often?   No, but I’d like to give it a try at least once.

4. How often do you go to the grocery store?   Oh goodness, I have grocery shopping. I learned years ago that we cannot live on love despite my mother’s warnings and find myself frequenting the Super Wal-Mart every other week.

5. Would you rather travel back in time 500 years or travel forward 500 years?   I think time travel would be awesome. I’d like to go back and forth into time but if I had to pick only one then it would be in the past. However, I wouldn’t want to be there too long for fear the knowledge I have would get me into trouble. Can you imagine, I might be seen as a witch.

Now it’s your turn, leave your answers in comments or feel free to lift the questions to create your own Meet Me on Monday post, then join Java and the rest of us in the Monday fun!

Thank you for visiting me and deciding to follow….I would like to travel back too but not 500 years…Have you read the Outlander Series by Diana Gabaldon? Her character did just what you describe.I love reading novels about time travel…The Mirror by Marlys Millhiser is one of my favorites. I’ve read it many times over the years. In fact, it is time to read it again.
