Wordless Wednesday

I see the moon and the moon sees me

Last weekend, Saturday’s weather was wet. We decided to stay around town. This means, no day trip and no photo essay. Not all was lost, though.

Mother’s Day was gorgeous. We spent it leisurely driving around town looking at property. A Sunday afternoon drive soothes the soul. Everything about the day was relaxing ~ the weather, a picnic of Five Guys’ hamburgers, Baskin Robbin’s ice cream, and a beautiful sky!

The moon was quite visible early in the afternoon. I’m not sure what the moon phase was, but it appeared full.

A few hours later, when we got home I sat in the car in our driveway trying to capture the ultimate evening moon shot. Thanks to the tutoring of DH, I think I did well. This is my best night photo of the moon yet.
