Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum I

Time got away from me after our October vacation.  I failed to share pictures taken at the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum in Nashville.  Don’t worry, I’m not going to bombard you in one post.  I will randomly put up a few every once in awhile till I work through the collection.  Photographically speaking they aren’t fantastic but this is my way to include you in our fun while preserving memories.  I don’t think this set needs any explanation. Just enjoy! Who knows maybe you’ll want to visit here someday.

This place has three, maybe four floors.  We spent two hours more or less touring the museum and we could’ve stayed longer.  The cool thing about the experience is you don’t have to be a country music fan to appreciate the history and memorabilia.  I’d like to go back to do another walk through sometime. There’s just so much to see under one roof that it’s mind blowing.

You’re invited to link up with Wordless Wednesdays community hosted by Sandee at Comedy Plus!

Please, join me tomorrow for Thursday Art Date.  Have a wild and wonderful day! X💋X💋, Cathy

I think Nashville would be a great place to visit. I’d love to visit this museum and see all the other great stuff the city has to offer.

I saw Glen Campbell in person not too long before he died. He and his daughter did a duet. I always liked him and his music

Your description of the Country Music Hall of Fame sounds just like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! Lots to see and one day really isn’t enough. 🙂 It must have been a fascinating tour! I love the cars, costumes and guitars, especially. Glen Campbell had a great voice and Southern Nights brings back a lot of memories.

      Debbie,

Being the music enthusiasts that you are, I’m confident that you’d enjoy visiting the Country Music Hall of Fame for the same reasons we did. What surprised me is they have on display stuff of non-country artists which I will share another time. Thanks for visiting, ole pal!

I loved Glenn Campbell. Listened to him all the time and I like country music. I would love to explore here.

Thank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday, Cathy. Hugs. ♥

Glen Campbell was a favorite of mine for many years… thanks for reminding me. Things are a little hectic around here with our Christmas coming when my youngest from Missouri (she’s the nurse) comes in I think the second week of January. that’s next week according to her and personally I can’t wait cuz I keep the tree up for that long just so our family can get together. So, I have some long awaited cassettes waiting to be played by Glen Campbell I think I’ll get those out! HUGS

      Marie,

I hope y’all have a good time celebrating Christmas with all the family. There’s nothing wrong with keeping the tree up. It gives you a little longer to enjoy. 🙂

You’re right Cathy it looks really cool and I’d love to visit. By the way Southern Nights by the glorious Glen Campbell is an inspired choice 💡💡💜
