Wordless Wednesday

Christmas scenes around town

For the last two weeks I have not linked up with Wordless Wednesday due to the holidays and I was taking a little Christmas break to spend with DH. Be as it may, I did not want to wait an entire year to share with you these photos I captured during our little Christmas light excursion around town with my iPhone5s.

I took a few other pictures in December that I haven’t shared with you with my big girl camera as my friend, Claudia Wilson, would say and I plan to put a few of those up next week.

Anywho, that’s a snap for this week! It’s so nice to see you today & I hope you’ll decide to make it a repeat visit each week to share in  my photo ops. Wanna make me or someone else happy? Then, leave a comment! I’ll be hopping over to see you soon!

You have a lot of great Christmas pictures! How do you like your iphone 5s? We’re thinking of switching from Samsung. It’s cool that you have one 🙂

I owed an iPhone 4 previously and I loved it. It still worked when the 5s came out, but the it was becoming a bit sluggish. I guess because of the memory was getting too full. When the iPhone 5s came out, I knew I had to have it after reading the amazing reviews it was getting.

The camera in the 5s is quite is better than in the 4, not that it was shabby or anything. I am always surprised with the new technology in Apple iPhone’s built-in cameras. How much better is the 5s over the 4?Let’s just say, I immediately noticed a difference in the image quality with the 5s. We are Apple product people and have never been disappointed with any of their toys. The white & gold 5s is so beautiful, too! I think you may enjoy the iPhone 5s for yourself. 😉

Love your hometown Christmas pictures. That one looks like maybe it’s your mall? I now have your WW button on with my WW & you’ll see it every week there cuz we’re buds! Have a great day! I’m coming up with two most awesome reviews and one will be a give-away that you won’t want to miss! HUGS

Thank you, my lovely for putting up my WW badge! You’re so sweet. Yes, the indoor shots were taken inside the West Town Mall in Knoxville. They did a nice job, but I was a bit disappointed to see the spot where Santa was decorated mostly & the rest of the mall wasn’t as elaborately decorated. It a nut-house that evening when we were there. I don’t think I’ll be going to the mall ever again that close to Christmas in the future!

Those are lovely pictures, Cathy, even without the ‘big girl camera’ – hahaha – You know I am still in awe how good iPhone pics are these days. And thanks for the mention 🙂 I am glad you shared the Christmas pics with us.

oh those lit trees are gorgeous! what a beautiful town.
I have finally bought a camera bag for my new camera, so I am taking it with me more and more too. I still have my iphone, but I love being able to get that perfect shot with my Canon too. And apparently the iphone dies at about -20 degrees — which we have been at for over a week. I am not risking the truth of that statement!

I love Christmas lights! (I just wish that they would magically disappear after the New Year – standing in the cold to get them down is not my favorite winter chore.)

I agree not to wait. After all it’s your blog 🙂

Those photos are quite lovely! The phone does a good job!

Hope you had a wonderful holiday!
