Tickle Me Tuesdays

Cathy muses and shares some laughs with decision making, phones, dusting, computer crashes #humor

After this week, I need to hunker down with my A to Z art sketches.  I keep telling myself to take it easy and don’t sweat it, just keep things at my pace. I am more than half way through the alphabet with my pencil drawings but I am also working on Procreate designs of the same sketches.  Going at leisurely is relaxing and I’m having lots of fun recreating, improving on images but in the back of my mind there’s this tiny voice screaming, APRIL 1ST IS CLOSING IN ON YOU! To keep that crazy side of me from driving me bonkers I think I’m going to have to pull back on my routine blogging schedule. I’ll be here at the start of each week ready to boogie with you and for any other already scheduled posts, otherwise, I will be away from Blogosphere. Please forgive me for taking leave of my senses time off.

This Friday is DH’s off day, so I figured I’d better give you a dose of giggles to keep your crazies away, too.

It’s time to grab a cup of coffee and follow along with me as I head off to visit Sandee for some Happy Tuesdays giggles at Comedy-Plus, then I’ll check out Random Tuesday Thoughts with Stacy Uncorked, and finishing things up by checking out this week’s word prompt found at Eugi’s Causerie for the wannabe poet buried inside.   I’m gonna close things off with a fun new-to-me song parody, “Hands Off Myself”.  Enjoy! That’s a wrap for now, I’ll see ya when I see ya! Have a giggletastic day!

Great funnies, Cathy! Both my hubby and I have a cellphone. We have used one to find the other! 😬 Thanks for the mention and have a great week.

Good luck with your A to Z sketches. April is still a ways away, but better to get it done early.

I have my theme reveal and one (1) post written, and none of my posts for the Challenge blog. I’m going to have to start haulin’ if I’m going to be ready by April 1.

      John,

I’m adding my theme reveal to my 4M post on the 16th, killing two birds with one stone. I try to simplify things when I can. It makes life easier for me. I marvel at your ability to juggle multiple daily posts and commenting which makes my head swim just thinking about it. I’m fighting to stay calm and doing a pretty good job considering. 🙂

I’ve called my cellphone so many times using the home phone! Never remember where I put it. 😀 It is hard to prepare for the A to Z and maintain a regular blogging schedule at the same time. You’ll be saving yourself a lot of stress by cutting back, now. Good idea! That’s a cute song. 🙂

      Debbie,

I don’t use the landline much anymore to locate my phone but I do remember the day when that was necessary to do and when the kids were home someone was doing that nearly every day. What killed me was when they put their phone on vibrate and we had to walk from room to room to listen for something humming. lol These days the humming sound is hard for my ears unless it’s in the middle of the night and I’m asleep, then I can hear it. I kind you not, sometimes DH will leave his iPad sounds on and if a notification comes in then I will hear it. I think that’s so weird how my brain picks a sound up during the quiet hours of the night while I’m asleep and all other times I struggle to hear the same sound. I believe my brain is too divide with all the many surrounding sounds during the day to isolate what I want to hear or I’m just crazy. 🙂

I know most stress a bit over the a to z challenge. You’ll get it done because you love doing this challenge.

    Love all the funnies.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Love and hugs. ♥

      Sandee,

I absolutely do love what I’m doing. That’s the only reason I put myself through such a crunch. It’s great having such sweet, loyal friends like you to back me!

Hi Cathy! I love the graphics, especially the phone and computer. I wish I’d had the pillow with my phone earlier, it is fairly new(a refurb) and was not charging . I think I found a fix, though. The video “hands off myself” is appropriate for the Corona scare. Have a wonderful week!

    Hi, Cathy!

I enjoyed your Tuesday Tee-hee-hees, dear friend! The airbag coming out of the computer monitor is my favorite, and I also appreciate having a reason/excuse for not dusting the furniture. 🙂

I enjoyed the “Hands Off Myself” song and video. Naturally I was Curious as a Cathy to learn more about the exotic long haired beauty in the vid. Her name is Vy Qwaint, a Vietnamese woman with her own YouTube channel for the last four years. Most of her content is over my head. Maybe you or someone else can explain what she and her cohorts are up to.

Thanks for the Giggles, dear friend Cathy, and have a terrific Tuesday!
