2021 A2Z Art Recreations

It’s been awhile since I’ve shared newly recreated sketches from my 2021 Looney Tunes A2Z art series.  While I pulled this post together, I intended to share one illustration when I realized another needs to go first just to kinda keep things in order, so I’m displaying both for you.

Henery Hawk Procreate illustration completed in 2023. What? WOW, I can’t believe I let so much time pass.
Injun Putty Tat I did last summer with the intention of sharing for the Thanksgiving season but failed to do it. That’s life for you!

I’m thankful for the first sign of spring! I first notice the return of the snow crocus on Tuesday after taking the trash to the curb but it was late in the day and the blooms were closed. Yesterday while waiting for my Walmart order, I snapped a picture. A small cluster of vibrant color to make my heart soar. It was a beautiful sunny day, too.  Our temperatures are quite nice right now. I know we’re not out of the woods yet. Old Man Winter will sneak in on us a few more times before spring arrives.

I’m thankful for the declutter process of data files.  Over the years, I stored quite a bit a freebies thinking someday I might need them.  The truth be told I haven’t missed any of it but I can’t blindly hit delete for fear something of value would be lost. Instead of wondering about it, I’m making the effort to work swiftly to isolate what I want to keep or delete immediately.  Another purging cycle will be needed after I get everything organized. I’m getting there but it’s slow.

I think I mentioned DH’s Christmas present to me was a computer. You can’t ever be thankful enough for one’s blessings and so I’m thankful for newer technology. It surely makes life easier.

That’s it for now.  Tomorrow, watch for the newest edition of You’ve Got Mail. Have a doodletastic day, my friend!

  1. Fun sketches! 🙂 And how lovely to see signs of spring, even if it’s only a photo. We have ugly piles of dirty snow here. Enjoy your new computer! Organizing files is something I need to do as well.
