1940s Contraption & Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy – Wayback Wednesdays

Angela from Mommy Time Out and I like to welcome you to Wayback Wednesdays. To participate in this blog hop you don’t have to follow a bunch of rules. It’s simple! Just link up your blog, twitter, or Facebook below (only one please).

This little invention was born the summer of 1942. I wasn’t born then but this odd-looking contraption was somewhat a part of my life. Somewhere in this house we have at least one of these. Do you know what it is?

To learn about it, click here!

This piece of nostalgia brought to mind a song from the 40s. You’ll recognize it, I’m sure, but only because you’ve listened to Bette Midler’s remake of this classic….

Before you hop to the next blog, I want to invite you to take a look at my current giveaway for a Little Bird Told Me rubber art stamp set.

Leave a comment letting me know You are now my newest follower and I’ll pop over to your lovely blog. Thanks for visiting!
