Phillip Phillips covered Damien Rice “Volcano” on Idol Wednesday night.
A.I. hopeful performed this song earlier this season. Oddly enough I like the slow seductive version of Anita Kelsey ‘The Night Has A Thousand Eyes’ over the Bobby Vee’s original. That’s surprising for me to like the remark more. What do you think?

I really am in love with Phillip Phillips and I’ve never heard of him before! Although, I’m drawn to any music that has instrumentals in it like the cello she’s playing 🙂

Love your choices, and thanks for holding down the fort for me. I got tired of laying in bed so here I am & it’s really perking me up. I decided to go from the back car to the front car today, and that’s quite interesting believe it or not. Anyway, love love Alicia Keyes with anything she sings and performs. Such an entertainer. The first one I don’t remember at all, but maybe. The second one yes maybe Bobby Vee should’ve sang it slow like that, but it was still a hit the way he did it cuz he was a cutie at that time. Though a bit too much of a cutie for me. I like my men to look like men if you know what I mean! Thanks girl – great choices.
