Monday's Music Moves Me

In Memory of our Fallen Heroes #music @XmasDolly

Good-morning, kittens & dawgs! How is this Memorial Day weekend treating you? Have you been boating, fishing, grilling, or simply chillaxing? The latter two I’m enjoying. I’m grateful for the extra day to spend with DH, but I’m REALLY thankful to our brave men and women who insure our freedom and for those who gave their life to protect America.

Today, I dedicate this post to these servicemen/women and their families who sacrificed much so that I can enjoy my way of life in the good ole U.S. of A. Now, I humbly bow my head in memory of our fallen heroes!

I’m gonna finish things up with a tune for those who served in an unpopular war and who were not given the proper respect that they deserved by the foolish left. Three of my uncles served during the Vietnam war and all made it home when so many did not. I was too young to know everything, but  one thing I did know is I was proud of them. This spirited, pride-filled song is an anthem to all soldiers.

Thanks for dancing with me. Let’s keep the party going, link up and join the fun at XmasDolly. Have a tunetastic week!

A bittersweet and honorable tribute, Cathy. I’ve never heard Angel Flight. Arlington always give me chills. Great song choices. Have a peaceful day, (smile).
