I guess they were out for a stroll, too.
oh my that is adorable!! how lucky are you to capture such a shot! fantastic. That would totally make my day.
Ha – love the comic. it’s so true now – i was trying to take watch a Live performance the other day, and half the audience had it’s phones or tablets up to take photos. I get it’s our modern way of capturing moments now, but an actual camera is way less intrusive.
Les, we just happened to be at the right place, at the right time. It was really cool the morning we went and that’s an excellent time to see wildlife near the road. At first, I only saw one deer and as we got closer we saw three. They didn’t seem overly frightened by us, as you can see. I had to use my iPhone to get this one. I stretched across the car pressing DH against his seat as far as he could possibly go. Poor guy! He’s such a good sport. 😀
LOL – my hubby has been victimized by the my zeal to capture a good shot too when we are driving along! I tell him just consider it “warm up” 😉
I love deer. The only one I’ve seen since I moved her was a deer that had been killed in Georgia and was on the side of the road. It makes me so sad that we overtake their living spaces, and they end up running in front of cars. I like your photo.
Love,
Janie
Janie, unfortunately civilization creates these sorts of problems and despite most people’s awareness of deer or other such critters accidents happen. 🙁
