I dedicate these songs to my teenage son. He told me about this new (to me) group. He so rocks on his group choice, doesn’t he? He has excellent taste in music. I wonder where he gets this from? Hmmm, from his mom? Maybe, but chances are greater he got from his dad. Way to go, kiddo!

Okay, I’m your latest follower, and the Davy Jones song I recognized, but I guess I haven’t heard the other group. Very cool though.

It seems that the Monkeys are a favorite this week with the passing of Davy Jones (RIP).
This past two weeks is my first time learning about the Monkees.

RE: Spring Break. Yes, this is earlier than we normally have it but FSU tends to have break a lot earlier than a lot of other schools, including others in Florida. We’re special!
