I created a desktop wallpaper to share with y’all. I found an orphaned image that I doodled up using an photo-editor that I no longer use and meant to put up on my site but that didn’t happen. It had my old blog name on that creation, so I did over using Pixelmator. Feel free to borrow it!

I captured this shot at Clingmans Dome in 2012 standing in the parking lot with my Big Girl camera looking toward North Carolina. No matter how many times we go to the mountains, we never tire of the view.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

I miss East Tennessee and the Smokies. Oh well…

Very cool image, CAThy!
That could easily be a promotional poster for the Smoky Mountains. (Suddenly, I think I understand why those mountains are known as “Smoky”.)

Cherokee’s referred to them as the land of blue smoke.
Oopsy, forgot to say thank you for the nice compliment on my poster!
What a gorgeous photo, Cathy.
Thank you, my dear!
That is beautiful. XO
Those mountains are always so darn beautiful!
That scenery is so beautiful. The Smokies have a special blue look you just don’t find with other mountains. Alana ramblinwitham
Fantastic picture and such a great view indeed
