There are only two more days left of the A to Z Challenge. I used my Xena pencil sketch for today’s Procreate recreation. I’m not 100% satisfied with the way it turned out. If I had more time to give then I know I would be happier but at least I can go back another time to correct things about the illustration that bugs me. Despite its imperfections, I’m enjoying the learning curve and new how-to discoveries for future art sketches.

In my song quest, I discovered Lucy Lawless the actress who played Xena on the TV series sings. The song that led me to YouTube is one from the animated Hercules and Zena movie per the description by the video uploader in which Lucy’s character is singing about warriors.
