In last week’s BoTB, I used two December songs in my battle.  Tchaikovsky’s “December” VS Pandolfi’s “Once Upon a December”. Tchaikovsky’s song transported me to a Christmas long ago on the dancefloor with women in long flowing dresses and men in formal attire waltzing in a beautifully decorated room whereas Pandolfi’s surreal arrangement felt soothing to the soul and I dare say if I allowed myself to listen to this mewsic at bedtime then it would lull me peacefully to sleep.
