On Friday evening, I had another mishap.  This time I tripped going up our steps in front of our house.  I couldn’t catch myself since I had my hands tucked in my jacket pocket and as I saw that step approaching my face at an alarming speed I threw my head back catching my chin on the edge.  That sounds awful and it hurt but the pain was manageable. I was certain nothing was broken despite the immediate onset of sore muscles and a stiff jaw. I had some pain near my right ear and I felt a slight misalignment…
