What if you could go back in time without changing the outcome? Would you?
Good morning Kittens & Dawgs! I want to present to you a Level 33 film written and directed by Minhal Baig; produced by Kerry Barden, Hans S. Canosa, & Marius A. Markevicius.
A romantic drama starring Anna Camp, Justin Chatwin, Isabelle Fuhrman, Kyle Allen, Kelli Berglund, Roshon Fegan, and Evan Hofer. Written and Directed by Minhal Baig and produced by Kerry Barden, Hans S. Canosa, & Marius A. Markevicius.
Anna Camp plays thirty-something Elizabeth who must decide whether her disappointed marriage is salvageable with Drew (Justin Chatwin) while a worried teen, Bea (Isabelle Fuhrman), reconnects with Andy (Kyle Allen), a shy childhood friend, who try to move past their high school social status after the prom. This is a story of past and present colliding as two couples explore love in one night at a hotel.
I’m not usually one for romantic dramas and quite honestly the trailer didn’t inspire a lot of confidence to see this film. Perhaps it just me, maybe it was the mood I was in or whatever but I had the chance to see the flick early in exchange for my opinion and to host a giveaway on Curious as a Cathy.
The movie begins slow and stays so consistently throughout the flick. If you’re the impatient, waiting for something big to happen person like me then you’ll be disappointed. I decided to ride the waves of melancholy presented in the script that the actors executed well. While the story unfolded I found I wanted to see a good outcome for the young married couple in trouble and I had hopes that the teens took the advice given by two strangers oddly interested in them. I actually enjoyed the movie. If you like slow-paced dramas then this is definitely up your alley and if not but you kinda wanna see it coz it sounds sorta good then here’s a chance to win a free copy of the movie!
I will participate in this blog hop today & you’re invited to follow along! 😉
What a coincidence this viewing of this movie sorta is a purrfect fit for today’s Coffee Chat prompt hosted by Les from Ink Interrupted who asks: Who do you trust most?
It won’t come as a surprise to any of you if you read last week’s Coffee Chat response with my answer to today’s question but excluding God, I trust DH above all others. He’s my protector – physically and emotionally and I composed a little poem just my sweetie!
I borrowed the background from a free Internet resource. The original file name credits the author as JSF but I cannot find it online now. 🙁
Trust in a relationship goes beyond one’s faithfulness. It’s also a measure of love and sacrifice. How far will DH go for me? This is something I never asked of or from him but it’s a role he stepped into willingly because he loves me so deeply. I am honored by this pledge of adoration.
That’s a wrap for this morning. I’m hopping over to Stacy’s for Random Tuesday Thoughts and you’re welcome to join me if you want. I hope you’ll hop & link up tomorrow for Wordless Wednesday before you leave you might want to listen to this morning featured artist on Tuesday Tunesation!
