Good-morning, kittens and dawgs! Please, bear with me kind BoTBers. I have a temporary announcement before proceeding to the this morning’s top news. Not that this isn’t worthy of attention because it definitely is. Last week, Les from Ink Interrupted nominated me for the 3DQC.
Isn’t she a lovely, sweet thing? No, really I mean that because Les is one of my sources of inspiration and I felt this is something that I can benefit me and perhaps you, too.
For day 1 of the challenge, I only felt it fitting to find a quote dealing with one of my fondest passions – music.
The rules are simple, sorta, but it doesn’t necessarily mean I’ll follow them to a tee because well that’s just the way I am – a rule breaker. However I do like playing fair, so I will list them below.
- Post for three consecutive days.
- Choose and share one or three quotes each day.
- Challenge
threeoneadditionalbloggerseach day. (This is the rebel in me, folks.)
Would you like to host the Three Day Quote Challenge? If you would, then ask me to include you. Today’s, lucky recipient is Janie Junebug. Feel free to accept or decline without repercussions, my friend!
Okay now to find out who won in the March 1st BoTBs between Julie London and Runtlalala singing Melancholy March. Throughout this showdown one artist dominated the showdown and the final tally of 15 to 3 makes Julie London the winner.
Congratulations Miss Calendar Girl and thanks to every body who participated. Hop over to Stephen’s place to see how the other competitions went down.
I’ll be back here on the 15th for round 2 of BoTB and you’re invited. Meanwhile, I hope to see you tomorrow for {not-so}Wordless Wednesday and Day 2 of 3DQC. This is Curious as a Cathy signing off with The Very Best of Julie London!
