This week in one of my daily Bible lessons I read about Jonah’s trouble in the belly of a whale.  God wanted Jonah’s attention. God wanted Jonah to have time to think things over.  It took Jonah three days to come to his senses before he cried out to God for help. I believe Jonah didn’t cry out to God because he was in tight jam but because he truly knew he’d messed up.
