Song of Freedom #HillsongWorship

Yesterday we celebrated our nation’s birthday.  The freedom this country offers should always be valued. We are a blessed people. This got me to thinking about my spiritual freedom.  That does give us license to do whatever we want but because Jesus died for me, my debt was paid, and I am free in Him. I am doubly blessed and I do not take either my personal or spiritual freedom for granted.

In keeping with my thoughts on freedom, I discovered Hillsong Worship’s ‘Song Of Freedom’ for today’s songspiration choice. Click play and sing along!

Song Of Freedom (Hillsong Worship)

A song of freedom is on my lips
Today, today
I sing about the one I love
Today, today

A song of freedom is on my lips
Today, today
I sing about the one I love
Today, today

All I can see is Your mercy
All I can feel is Your grace

Your love is so wonderful
Let all the people sing that
Our God reigns above all

A song of freedom is on my lips
Today, today
I sing about the one I love
Today, today

All I can see is Your mercy
All I can feel is Your grace

Your love is so wonderful
Let all the people sing that
Our God reigns above all

Your love is so wonderful
Let all the people sing that
Our God reigns above all

All I can see is Your mercy
All I can feel is Your grace
All I can see is Your mercy
All I can feel is Your grace

Your love is so wonderful
Let all the people sing that
Our God reigns above all

Your love is so wonderful
Let all the people sing that
Our God reigns above all, above all, above all, above all

I’m currently not in charge of the 4M linky party. I need a break from everything more or less and decided it was time to turn it back over to Marie especially while I’m on an extensive blog hiatus. I’ll see you tomorrow on the Monday’s Mewsic Moves Me dance floor with ‘sporting events’ songs‘. Have a blessed Sunday afternoon! x💋x💋, Cathy

    1. Mimi,

Amen Sista! True freedom comes from serving our heavenly father. Things of this life are temporary. That’s something I remind myself of often, especially when the weight of the world bears on my shoulders.
