Do you remember this? I sure do. It came to mind today. This was one of my favorites. What were you doing in 1976? I spent the summer in Columbus, Ohio with my uncle and his wife trying to mend my broken heart and when I heard this song playing on the Casey Kasem’s show then I’d get that ole moody love bug blues! 
The funny thing is while this song makes me think of a sad time, it also makes me think of happy ones, too. Spending the summer in a big city away far from home doing things I wouldn’t otherwise have done. That summer and song will forever live in my heart!
