Revisiting B&W WW @peekababy

Hello, kittens & dawgs! It’s hump-day already. As the old saying goes, it’s all down here the rest of the way. I’m ready to slide right into Friday, aren’t  you?

This month I’m taking a look back on photos I posted or ran short on time to share. Regardless of which category my images fall under; new-to-you or not, I’m doing a Revisiting series and I hope you enjoy taking a peak. This morning, I’m Revisiting B&W picks

The historical nostalgia offers me a greater appreciate for the endurance of our ancestors when faced with my own struggles. Todays’s photographs were originally shared on Wordless Wednesday or Skywatch Friday. Thanks for including me in your day.

Sending a round of applauds and cheers to this week’s featured photographer, Peek a Baby!

Congratulations, Jessica! Please, show some blog love by visiting today’s featured photographer and leave a sweet comment.

Have a snap-tastic day!

  1. Hi Cathy. I saw tht Moses Cone Manor, many years ago. Nice memory.
Side note – we’re supposed to get 8-10 ” snow tonight. I think it’s probably passing through your place first. Stay warm, friend. (smile)

  2. Oh, the Moses Cone Manor is so beautiful. If I lived in a home like that, there would be no murders, just a house full of love.

  3. Lovely photos black and white always has a good effect the Moses Cone Manor reminds me of something you see in Murder She Wrote heheh!

Have a tanfabulosa week and thanks for wafting by 🙂

  4. Lovin’ your photos as usual. I love going sight seeing… Thanks for sharing. I feel like I’m there. HUGS and have a beautiful week my friend.

    1. Maybe this will put your homesickness to rest for the time. Weather conditions on the west coast is more than likely far BETTER than it is here at the moment. Oh. My. Cathy! Monday night we got 5″ of wet, heavy snow. DH couldn’t get make it because our drive (very hilly) and street was VERY slippery. This is the worst I’ve seen snow THAT slippery in a long time AND tonight another round of this mess is expected to move in late afternoon to early evening. *sigh* Can we pack our bags and stay with you where hopefully it is sunnier and warmer than here? 😀 lol

      1. I’m not missing that cold and weather THAT much! But I’m hoping I can make it back that way in summer. Sure come to sunny California! Though it’s been a bit cool in the 60’s for the past few days and rain is predicted again for this weekend. Oh, and I can see snow in the mountains from here which means the air has been relatively clear. Can’t complain.

        1. No, you can’t complain, my friend! Next week’s forecast looks better, but getting there is a real struggle in the clutches of the cold. It’s time to have a cup of hot tea!
