Welcome to week 169 of Monday’s Music Moves Me!

 

I don’t know how it got to be December so soon, but here we are facing another beautiful Christmas season. Personally, I love this time of the year. I find there is no other season where humanity for others is kinder than this blessed season creates. 

This week and for the entire month, we are hosting a “Christmas” theme – music, movie clips, galore. Whatever makes you jolly, or puts that “ho-ho” (sorry, no bah-hum-bugs allowed) in your attitude, then we want to hear it right here on Monday’s Music Moves Me!

It’s NOT beginning to look like Christmas. It HAS been looking like Christmas a little each day since Halloween left the retailers shops. lol But, that’s okay by me – I’m a kid at heart.

 

However, in light of all the holiday festivities, I would like to encourage you during the somewhat madness of it all to please remember the true reason for which we celebrate this season.

  4. I’ve already listened to the Buble Christmas album twice!! ha – love him.
    Thank you for sharing the Operation Christmas Child video – a charity very dear to my heart. Our family did 2 boxes this year, and my Sprigs Sunday school class was AWESOME in bringing in enough stuff to fill 3 boxes!! so proud of them. Our church float in that Christmas parade was a giant shoebox with the OCC logo and we had a big inflatable earth globe too. Fabulous.
    Flash mob made me cry. yep, admitting. 🙂

    1. Operation Christmas was on vaguely familiar to me before stumbling upon it recently, but it sounds like a worthy charity for anyone who wishes to do something special for a child this Christmas.
