Make It Shake

Welcome to Monday’s Music Moves Me on Sundays!  This week’s theme is whatever music moves you!  I’m sharing a band that Stacy introduced to me a few months back.  After listening to them, I soon found myself at YouTube sampling more of their music when I came up on today’s featured song, “Make It Shake” by Ghost Hounds!

This is a music link up.  Your post must contain at least one song or your URL is marked “No Music”.

Now, it’s your turn, are you ready to make it shake?  Link up and share what music moves you?

I’m doing things different this summer.  I love comments but it makes it difficult to truly to keep up with everyone while I’m taking a blogging break so I want to encourage you if you can to click the “like” button instead or place an emoji in comments to let me know you stopped by.  Have a boogietastic week!

  1. A great song, I really enjoyed it. Also, a super cool drawing. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you are enjoying your break.

    1. Love your painting which feels like it is the misty morning. I enjoyed the music and I hope you ate enjoying the summer

  2. Hi, Cathy!

Happy 4M Monday on Sunday, dear friend! I’ve been looking for this feature since 6 this morning and glad I didn’t miss it before I vanish for another month. I hope you, DH and family have all been well and in good spirits since we last spoke.

I thoroughly enjoyed Ghost Hounds doing “Make It Shake,” the song and the video. To me, the catchy song sounds like a mashup of Robert Palmer’s “Addicted To Love” and “All Right Now” by Free.

I also love your painting of a covered bridge. They were a common sight when I lived in York County, PA, during my youth, and now that I am back up in this area I hope to see some again soon.

I currently have a new post running and will be on “active duty” one more day (Monday) if you have time to swing by. If not, I will catch up with you at a later date. (“Once a friend, always a friend.” – Cathy Kennedy)

Take good care of yourself, have a delightful July 4 holiday and enjoy the rest of your summer, dear friend Cathy!
