Once again, I’m using this week’s art prompt, LEGENDS, for inspiration in my daily song feature. There are songs penned about actual gruesome crimes but I didn’t want to stroll down that avenue and decided to go with urban legends surrounding popular songs.
I think I remember something about the myth surrounding today’s featured song. The scream captured on the track which was said to be that of a woman murdered in the next room and has been passed through the years. It’s not true but the group agreed the mystery was a good image for their song and took a vow of silence to boast record sells.
