Over the weekend, we were knocking around town just enjoying ourselves like we should. On our drive home a song came over the radio. I’m one of these people who will react first to the melody and not the lyrics. I do this mainly because I have difficulty following all the words because of some hearing problems related to childhood ear infections. Nope, I’m not deaf or anywhere close to it but I do have a slight hearing impairment which drives me nuts. But back to my story, Tim McGraw’s song was playing and my husband said, “Do you understand what he’s saying?” I paused to give it my full attention and when I did, goose bumps rippled up my spine. If you haven’t heard it, then please click on the YouTube link below and listen for yourself. It’s a lesson we all should apply, LIVE LIKE YOU WERE DYING.

That’s so funny. I heard that song the other day and thought about blogging about it. I just haven’t gotten around to it yet. *cue Twilight Zone music*
