Eerie music

Posted on October 26, 2014

I’m not exactly back yet. I won’t return to Cyberville until the first of next month, but I promised my good friend and co-host of this little shindig that I would hit the dance floor with all of my kittens & dawgs this morning. I have no clue what the theme is this week, but I won’t let that stop me!

SCART CREEPY PIANO Peder B. Helland

Are you ready to boogie? Lace up your blue suede shoes coz it’s time to dance to creepy, eerie songs!

To set the mood, I ask you to close your eyes. Are they closed? Good. Listen.

REVOLUTION 9 The Beatles

What creepiness comes to mind? A poltergeist? That’s what I think of!Leonard Cohen haunting vocals spell S-P-O-O-K-Y, C-R-E-E-P-Y to me, how about you?

A THOUSAND KISSES DEEP Leonard Cohen

I’ll end the eeriness with this last haunting piece.

ROOM OF ANGEL Silent Hill

On behalf of the lovely Dancing Queen, Marie and her Solid Gold dancers ~ Callie, Stacy, Becca, and I thank you for joining us for another week of Monday’s Music Moves Me.

Now, it’s time for you to ask us to step out on the dance floor with you. By linking your musical post (all non-music posts subjected to labeling and removal) URL (not your main blog address) below you are inviting the 4M crew to boogie down to your tunes. Remember to hop over to dance with our Spotlight Dancer at #1.

Linky Tools subscription expired. List not available.

NOTE: Every other week a Spotlight Dancer is selected from the linky party, if you want a chance at it, then don’t forget to add your music post URL.

Did you have a good time on the dance floor? I did. Why not show some blog love? Invite your friends to hit the dance floor with the 4M crew now. There’s always room for one more!

Next stop… your place!  What music moves you?

 1. Grab XmasDolly 4M button here. 2. Display it on your blog. 3. Add your favorite YouTube videos.  FYI: we dance freebie style every other week, and on the off weeks we dance to a chosen theme picked by the previous week Spotlight Dancer. You can find it listed on XmasDolly’s side menu. That all being said, we aren’t music snobs. As long as you have tunes for us to dance to, then you’re cool!

You are right, it’s a funnny and interesting party. Have checked the other participiants, have found new songs for me… but: many tracks are not playing in Germany, it’s a little sad –

4M Guidelines: Below are the 4M co-hostess. The rules are simple. Every other week, a suggested (not mandatory) theme is given to build your song picks. We're looking for embedded music to enjoy, one song or several. On the off weeks, we dance to whatever music moves you (your choice)! It's just that easy. Have fun and welcome to the party!
