Welcome to MMMM 102st edition!
This week’s theme is “Country Songs“. Don’t shake your head. Country music has come a loooong way from the way I remember it when I was a teenager. For you die-hard rockers, then you’re gonna be surprised and impressed with the way things are shakin’ in the country music world. Get those blue-suede cowboy boots on, it’s time to get this dance party started!
This week, I’m not mixing things up. Instead, I’m gonna focus on a single group. Let’s give it up for Gloriana!
Now, that’s what I call, country rock n’ roll style – groovy!

Country rock n roll style – I’m loving that! And I’m learning something nice today. Love your choices.
Ah, some new music to add to my iPod, this is a new group to me and boy do I like them, thanks for sharing 🙂
Very nice choices Cathy!
Keep rocking!
I haven’t heard of Gloriana before, but she is quite different from the country music that I listened to in high school. It has quite a beat to it.
Danielle
I grew up with mostly country playing in the background. Even though it’s not my usual first choice these days, it still always makes me feel good and brings back happy mornings. I think my first concert was likely Kenny Rogers or Dolly Parton (LOVE her!).
I like this group (shhh, don’t tell anyone – haha)
forgot to add…..KISS HER ALREADY!!!!! 🙂
First time hearing these thanks for sharing 🙂
have a brilliant week
I agree, Country is not like it was when I was growing up. It’s 1,000 times better. I really love Gloriana, great choice!
I Looooooooove Gloriana! You picked some of my absolute favorites of theirs! 🙂 Thanks for starting my morning off right! 😉 Have a great week, Cathy! 🙂
Somethin’ ‘Bout A Truck since there are Things You Can’t Do In A Car – hey Angel Eyes, Save A Horse (Ride A Cowboy) with a Hillbilly Bone because you’ll be Blown Away
I kinda agree with Kayla, not my favourite genre of music, but loving these songs – great choices Cathy xxxx
I’m not a country lover, but I must say I really do enjoy this band/artist! They’re so upbeat and have a poppy influence as well as country.
Thanks for introducing them to me 🙂
Hope you have a musical week!
