  1. Your funnies are too cute, Cathy. Love ’em. I played Jingle Bells. Franklin perked up when he heard dogs barking.

    Love,
    Janie

  2. Cute cartoon of dogs watering the tree. Thanks for the shout out on the fill-ins. XO

  3. I love those comics and the old lady is hilarious. I had to listen to the dogs and my dad always wanted that song but my mom said she would divorce him if he ever bought it…hahahaaa

  4. Love the funnies and Maxine is a favorite of mine. I love her snarky attitude.

    Thanks for all the laughs.

Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.

Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Love and hugs. ♥

  5. Hi, Cathy!

Happy Fun Stuff Friday, dear friend! Even though you are absent from the blog circuit, I thought I’d drop by to say hello and enjoy some Sillies. I like the one of the large dog family admitting that they took turns watering the Christmas tree. Mrs. Shady often sings the song “Grandma Got Run over By A Reindeer.” To a kitty with 9 lives, that’s no big deal. 🙂 I thoroughly enjoyed listening the The Singing Dogs do their hit “Jingle Bells.” I remember my parents bringing that 45 home in the mid 50s. We played it and played it, laughing all the way. The record reached #22 on the pop chart at Christmas 1955 and was a hit all over again when re-released at Christmas 1971. The barking bow-wows also recorded “Pat-A-Cake,”Three Blind Mice,” fast and slow versions of “Oh! Susanna,” “Hot Dog Rock ‘N Roll” and “Hot Dog Boogie.”

Thanks for the fun mewsic and smiles, dear friend Cathy. I wish you and DH a wonderful weekend!
