This week’s art prompt is ‘still life’. I kinda wished I had illustrated the image above but I had already had my drawing done. This will give me something sketch in the coming days.
I was reminded in recent months how I used to like drawing wine bottles and glasses when I was in high school after visiting Debbie’s blog. I don’t drink, so why the appeal? I think I like it simply because its so picturesque, quaint, romantic, nostalgic, and maybe because I love grapes. My late in-laws used to grow grapes and they were the best ever!
Where was I going with this…oh, yeah this week’s illustration. Here’s my ‘still life’ pencil sketch.
