Hello, Kitten & Dawgs! It seemms most of my sketches this month have a general cuteness about them, don’t you think? I drew a yawning baby last April which I thought was rather clever. I consulted Google for possibilities. I knew what I wanted to draw but wasn’t finding an example that put me in the mood to draw until I found this one at DreamTime to mimic with this cute Yak.
Thanks for making me apart of your day. I will be away from Blogosphere…probably. It’s DH’s off Friday. We have lots to do this weekend in prep for his surgery next week so I’m going be busy, busy, busy. I love your cute little yak which is so well drawn and coloured. I also love that song and remember it fondly. I remember Gary Larson’s cartoon that made me laugh where cows are driving a car and yelling yakety, Yak, yak, yak to people in a fenced field. Hahahaaaaa

Your Yak Sillies made me yuk yuk yuk, dear friend!
It was also a clever mewsic choice to go with the Coasters’ hit “Yakety Yak.” However, my laughter turned to quiet admiration as I gazed upon your Y illustration. That little Yak is indeed cute as a button. Its friendly eyes seem to beckon me to approach, pet, scratch and offer some kind of treat.
