Thanks for joining me again in my post Christmas song-a-day pick. This week I predominately used contemporary Christian music for quiet reverence to our Lord honoring His birthday, so keeping with flow, I’m sharing today, Kari Jobe ‘Adore Him’.
This is supposed to be DH’s Friday to work but last week he was given the option to switch his off-Friday, so he worked last Friday so he’d have today off instead and since I pulled this post together weeks ago I didn’t know how things would play out. I’m going to dispense with a lot of my usual stuff except to include a wee bit of laughs. After all, we everyone benefits from Friday Sillies, right?
Keeping hanging with me. Even though I won’t be around Blogosphere now that it’s the weekend, there will be more mewsic tomorrow as my Christmas Mewsic Marathon continues.

My legal mind is loving your comics today …trespassing ….
Hi, Cathy!
I came over this morning for some Friday Sillies and was not disappointed. The old poem “A Visit from St. Nicholas”,aka “The Night Before Christmas” aka “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas” dates back to 1823. It is often quoted and its verses often interpreted in comedic fashion as we see in the cartoon of the man treed by a stirred-up mouse. Santa’s job was never easy, but nowadays he runs the risk of setting off high tech home security systems, being charged with grand theft cookie and myriad other offenses. Mrs S and I are going to need some of that old lady’s empty boxes in the weeks to come. You never realize how much stuff you own (much of it completely unnecessary) until you move. 🙂
Have a safe and happy weekend, dear friend Cathy!
Enjoy a wonderful weekend!
