A Sound of Yesterday with Swingabella

Nothing says Awww Mondays like fresh cut flowers. While going through photos I thought I had shared this but I couldn’t find it. This picture is from 2013, photographed in Walmart.

Signs of new life are visible in the world around me. I’m excited with the coming of spring and the return of steady warmer days.

Welcome to Monday’s Music Moves Me on Sundays, my friends!  This week’s theme is whatever music moves you

Stephen, the host of BOTB, introduced me to today’s artist discovery a a few months back with Choo-Choo Ch’boogie. I knew right off I had to save them for a future spot on the dance floor and so here they are ready to take us back to bygone days. Get ready to boogie with Swingabella!

Thanks, my friend for the incredibly fun artist share!

Music themes are only suggestions.  I don’t care what kind of music it is, as long as you share. Now, it’s your turn!

This is a music link up.  Your post must contain at least one song or your URL is marked “No Music”.

I told you on Thursday of my data hoarding problem. This was created from some of those freebie resources.
Maybe, I’ll eventually get around to putting these up on Friday but here are my Friendly Fills for this week.

1. I can’t sleep hrough the night since becoming a mom.

2. It doesn’t bother me any more knowing that I’m a senior  since I entered my 60sI’m still young at heart!

3. A custodian’s helper in grade 7 was my first ever job.

4.Keep God in the center of your life is my best advice for anyone but especially couples.

In case you missed it, yesterday my March 1st BOTB published.  Alrighty, my lovelies, that’s a wrap for now. Have a boogietastic week!

  1. I love Swingabella. This music needs to come back. Very nice. Thanks for sharing it. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.

  2. Amazing how this band has captured the sound of the 1940s so perfectly! One nice thing about being a senior – you get discounts! 🙂

  3. Nice choice. Thanks for hosting. And thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers and advice. XO

  4. Those ladies certainly have their harmonies down. They would have been right on the hit parade back in the 1940’s. Alana ramblinwitham
