Rain challenged us to do a portrait this week but that’s totally out of my league! Even doing a portrait of Santa is beyond my ability, so I’m going with a cartoon version of Santa with the help of this YouTube tutorial. Hey, I told you portraits are out of my comfort zone and there’s no need to stress over art. In time maybe I’ll find the confidence to attempt a real portrait of myself or someone.

Wow! Cathy, that is a great looking Santa! You did a stellar job on this one. I had trouble getting into your site this morning. Seems it didn’t want to load and then I had to search for this post.
