4M says, “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!”

Posted on December 3, 2012

Welcome to Monday’s Music Moves Me 118 edition

For the entire month of December, our theme will be “Christmas“. Yeah, who saw that one coming?  As if the title of today’s post wasn’t a dead give-away, right?

I don’t wanna hear any, Bah-hum-bugs from any of you this morning. It’s time to spread some of that Christmas joy!

Aren’t these songs beautiful?

Even Ebenezer Scrooge can’t help, but to be reformed by these Christmas songs message.

This time of the year can get a bit hairy at times, but I hope the true meaning of the season fills you with deep happiness amidst the craziness. Stop and enjoy the good tidings of great joy the angels proclaimed long, long ago.

Are you ready to get dancing this week? Admission to ride the Love Train is totally doable for anyone.  Are you ready to rock n’ roll with all the other passengers? Then, here’s what you do.

  • Go to YouTube insert your music video of choice
  • Grab the “Monday’s Music Moves Me” Button
  • Link your 4M below, follow us, & leave a comment

Head conductor of the Love Train is Marie of XmasDolly & her co-conductors are the lovely: Callie of JAmericanSpice,  Stacy of Stacy Uncorked , and CAAC. This month’s honorary co-conductor is good ole St. Nick!

Our spotlight dancer tops the linky line up in the number one spot – Congratulations, my friend!

Don’t forget to show our featured dancer some love and go ahead, shake your bootie with any of the fellow rockin’ bloggers below…

I hope you enjoyed yourself today and find you can’t contain the electric excitement of this visit. Spread the good tidings to all of your friends in Blogosphere about the greatest party on the block each week right here on Monday’s Music Moves Me!

Next stop… your place! What Christmas music is moving you?

Clay Aiken has really put it out there for Christmas Songs didn’t he. He’s really has a nice voice. He’s going to be at our Arcada theater in St. Charles by me on the 15th. The infamous Michael Bolton & Mr. Christmas Andy Williams. All great choices their my friend. Thanks for helping bring in the holidays & I see great minds think alike & we both ended up with BAH HUMBUG! LOL

some really wonderful holiday songs. I love Hallelujah — if you really want a stellar version, listen to KD Lang sing it. wow.

Scrooge is the all time best classic! Hubby and I disagree over the best version though: I say this old one, he says the George C. Scott one, and then we usually end up watching the Bill Murray one. LOL

4M Guidelines: Below are the 4M co-hostess. The rules are simple. Every other week, a suggested (not mandatory) theme is given to build your song picks. We're looking for embedded music to enjoy, one song or several. On the off weeks, we dance to whatever music moves you (your choice)! It's just that easy. Have fun and welcome to the party!
