Good morning, kittens & dawgs! How was your Christmas? Something new for us this year, we spent Christmas quietly alone. Good? Bad? Maybe a little of both, but it was more good than bad. I can’t believe how fast this month has gone and much less how quickly another year is ending. Is this an age thing or do you feel it, too?
Now, if you danced with the 4M crew this month, then you know XmasDolly and her elves ~ Jamerican Spice, Stacy Uncorked, Everyday Life, & little ole me are having a jingling good time with non-stop Christmas music. That being said, this is our last chance at it coz we have to wait for 11-months to do it all again. sigh
My Christmastime theme focused on spiritual elements of the season: Bethlehem, angels, Mary, and Jesus. This morning, I’m taking a different approach. My musical choices this morning echo the three benefits Christmas gives to mankind, if only for a day.
First, it makes us LOVE a little deeper.
Second, there’s nothing, but PEACE and goodwill for others to fill our hearts
And, thirdly there’s no denying it gives everyone a sheer sense of HAPPINESS!
Ah, now wouldn’t it be grand, if we could live 365-days of the year with Christmas in our hearts?
That’s a wrap for the last Monday of 2014. Thank you for making me a part of your Mondays. I look forward to sharing them with you in the coming New Year. In case you didn’t know, I’m unplugged from cyberspace until January 5th, as I’m spending the week with DH. The party is still underway, just hop over to XmasDolly to link up and enjoy the fun! 😉
One more thing before you go.

What a way to end the CHristmas holiday. These songs were so pretty and so good. Thank you for sharing the holidays with me.
Happy New Year. I love “Pipes of Peace”
I am with Stacy, it is not going to be an age thing…no, no, no! lol
Love dancing along with you. Here is to 2015!
Wishing you & your family all the best in the new year.
I refuse to think it’s an age thing, so we’ll just go with time is flying by fast all on its own, regardless of age. 😉 I like the way you think – LOVE your choices and the representation of Love, Peace and Happiness. Perfect! Thanks for all the dances, Cathy – here’s to a Happy (and not so fast) New Year! 🙂
