While on my blogging hiatus over the summer, I began coming across abstract images depicting pictures within a picture. This seemed like a great idea to share these whenever I can in today’s time slot.
I set the below images to display smaller to make the dominating image more visible to the eye. If you’re curious to have a closer look, then right click on the pictures to examine the details making up the scene.
*The above optical illusion images are on loan from the world wide web and do not belong to me.
Aren’t these fascinating?
All three images look like a skull at first glance. This is a great theme since it’s Halloween. However, when you look closer the seemingly eerie photos have a romantic or innocence.
This is what my brain picked up in each illustration. You might see the same or something else.
In the first picture, I see a young couple dressed in costumes. Perhaps they’re at a masquerade ball. A new acquaintance, a young romance, a couple in love sipping champagne at a table at a window with a full moon night lit sky.
The second picture, I see a lovely woman sitting in front of a mirror in deep thought capturing her reflection a full moon shining through the window with perfume bottles lining the vanity top.
The third picture, I see a young girl lounging in chair holding a cat with an oval shaped weaved basket on her left, a small table near her feet, and birds feeding close by.
I hope you enjoyed this edition of Optical Illusions. Up next is my November 1st Battle of the Bands. I hope you’ll join the fun. To set the mood for things that go bump in the night, I thought you might like reading When Rhode Island Was “The Vampire Capital of America”. Have a fun and safe Halloween, my friends!
