It’s my desire to lift my gratitude for the things the Lord richly bestowed upon me before others so they may be blessed as much as me..
I am Thankful for…
41) A mother who had the fortitude to be the strength…the glue which held things together in my family.
42) A mother who wanted more for her family, instead of allowing us to becoming a product of a poor(financial) environment.
43) A well-organized mother.
44) A mother who seeks God’s approval, not man’s.
45) A mother who is straight forth and honest.
46) A mother whose desire was to teach her children God’s way – the straight and narrow.
47) A mother who taught us there are consequences to everything we do – good or bad.
48) A mother who completed her education after marrying young and then going on to college later in life.
49) A mother who reads God’s word daily looking for direction and encouragement to begin her day.
50) A mother who loves deeply for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren so much that she places each one above herself.

To look around us
Somedays we can’t see
The joy that surrounds us
So caught up inside ourselves
We take when we should give.
So for tonight we pray for
What we know can be.
And on this day we hope for
What we still can’t see.
It’s up to us to be the change
And even though we all can still do more
There’s so much to be thankful for.
Look beyond ourselves
There’s so much sorrow
It’s way too late to say
I’ll cry tomorrow
Each of us must find our truth
It’s so long overdue
