WW: July berries and blooms

Good morning, my lovelies! WOW, here it is the first Wednesday in August. Part of me says, “How did this happen?” but that’s what I say with each passing season. Summer is quickly fading and although I am not a fan of the heat and humidity, I do love the extended sunlight. I will make good use of what’s left of summer through my photography.

Blueberries in the morning sunlight; some berries are ripe for the taking while others must wait.

The fruit of summer bids July farewell and harvesting these berries can’t come too soon. July berries and blooms enlighten and delight us with its sweetness and scents.

  1. Yumm, fresh blueberries. Love them. Those are great pictures – love your blurred background and wish I could do that. But I have a point and shoot. I do love that affect tho.

  2. We just picked a fresh pint of blueberries this weekend! Wild blueberries are the best. so yummy. so yummy….. I didn’t think to snap a picture!! 🙂

    1. You gotta keep that photographer within on the look out for opportunities. lol I have done the same thing a thousand times or just shrugged it off as “not now” only to regret my decision later. So, now I try to not brush off a good chance to get a photo, even if it turns out horrible.

  3. beautiful close ups. those blueberries look yummy.
