#AprilA2Z Art Sketching through the Alphabet “T”

Hello, Kitten & Dawgs, thanks for sticking with me this month for the A2Z Art Sketching Through the Alphabet! This isn’t the first time I’ve shared Dan’s song “Treehouses” and it’s a purrfect fit for today’s letter prompt, “T”.

For as long as I remember I always wanted a treehouse. How about you? Would you like to have one like this?

Did you have a treehouse or do you know someone who has one? Have you ever stayed in a treehouse on vacation?

Mondays are all about the mewsic and I can’t let it pass without sharing some tunes with ya and you’re invited to step out on the dance floor with the Monday Music Moves Me ladies – Marie, Stacy, Colette, and myself!

This week’s mewsic theme is “A to Z letter “T” or “Songs about Traveling”  submitted by Spotlight dancer, The Sound of One Hand Typing. Thanks, John!

Please note, I do not manage the below linky. I am only a co-host. This is XmasDolly’s little baby and is meant for mewsic participation only.  To keep your entry from being removed, please add No ? beside your name. Thanks! ?

Hopefully, what I share with you every day will encourage you to do something that interests you that you’ve long put off because like me you just don’t think you can. My advice is, just do it! Maybe, you’ll be surprised. I know I was! 🙂

Give me a tip, don’t play a trick! Tell me, tell me true, what “T” prompt do I try next?

I’m heading off to link up with other fellow AtoZers and you’re invited to come along.  I’ll see you on tomorrow for the next installment of Art Sketching through the Alphabet!

#AprilA2Z Art Sketching through the Alphabet “S” + #BoTB results

Hello, Kitten & Dawgs, a couple of days ago I shared my sketch of the evil Queen from Snow White and it was only natural with today’s letter prompt that I draw Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

Can you name all the dwarfs?

From Snow White’s right side bottom up we have, Dopey, Doc, Grumpy, Sneezy, & Happy and on her left that’s Bashful.

Shoot, I’m just about to forget I need to squeeze in the results of April 15th BoTB between Dowling and Reed covering “Let The Mermaids Flirt With Me”. The scale totally swung to one side in this showdown and my vote would not make any difference (I went with Emily) in the end. The “golden mic” goes to…

#AprilA2Z Art Sketching through the Alphabet “R”

Hello, Kitten & Dawgs, Easter was this past Sunday. A sketch of Christ’s resurrection is an awesome idea but my brain was thinking about animals and so with the letter “R” prompt, I sketched a Mr. Rabbit.

You can see he’s been hiding eggs for little boys and girls.

Hopefully, what I share with you every day will encourage you to do something that interests you that you’ve long put off because like me you just don’t think you can. My advice is, just do it! Maybe, you’ll be surprised. I know I was! 🙂

I can’t let y’all head into the weekend without giving you a bit of comic relief with some Friday Sillies and I sketched another cartoon for ya.

Wylie Coyote is none the wiser as to what that clever Roadrunner is fixing to do. Kittens & Dawg, cover your ears for the big boom!

I’m heading off to link up with other fellow AtoZers and you’re invited to come along.  I’ll see you on tomorrow for the next installment of Art Sketching through the Alphabet!

#AprilA2Z Art Sketching through the Alphabet “Q”

Hello, Kitten & Dawgs, I believe when leaked the mews early that I was going to do the April A-Z challenge I shared a snippet of one of my drawings of the evil Queen from Snow White and since that time I re-drew her right hand and added some details my sketch for the letter prompt, “Q”.

Hopefully, what I share with you every day will encourage you to do something that interests you that you’ve long put off because like me you just don’t think you can. My advice is, just do it! Maybe, you’ll be surprised. I know I was! 🙂

#AprilA2Z Art Sketching through the Alphabet “P”

Hello, Kitten & Dawgs, thanks for sticking with me this month for the A2Z Art Sketching Through the Alphabet and today’s prompt is the letter “P”.  DH is my prince charming and he calls me his little princess. That may sound a bit sappy to some but I think it’s sweet the way we feel about each other.  Here are the princess and prince at the ball.

In the coming weeks, I will devote more time to drawing body figures and facial expressions to purrfect my weaknesses.

Hopefully, what I share with you every day will encourage you to do something that interests you that you’ve long put off because like me you just don’t think you can. My advice is, just do it! Maybe, you’ll be surprised. I know I was! 🙂

#AprilA2Z Art Sketching through the Alphabet “O’

Hello, Kitten & Dawgs!  I’m delighted you joined me for the next A2Z alphabet prompt.

For the letter “O”, I decided to sketch something DD#1 likes…an owl!

I sent this to her and she fell in love with it.  I plan to give her this sketch after the challenge or I could just sketch another. I’m not sure yet.  I get really attached to what I draw but I know giving it to someone I love will not only make her life happier but mine, too.

Hopefully, what I share with you every day will encourage you to do something that interests you that you’ve long put off because like me you just don’t think you can. My advice is, just do it! Maybe, you’ll be surprised. I know I was! 🙂

#AprilA2Z Art Sketching through the Alphabet “N”

Hello, Kitten & Dawgs, thanks for sticking with me this month for the A2Z Art Sketching Through the Alphabet and today’s prompt is the letter “N” for Nightingale.

I penned a poem to accompany my artwork called The Nightingale’s Song.

The nightingale waits for her mate.

Sadly, she must wait a little longer since I ran short on time to sketch another nightingale to perch beside his lover. 🙁

Mondays are all about the mewsic and I can’t let it pass without sharing some tunes with ya and you’re invited to step out on the dance floor with Monday Music Moves Me ladies – Marie, Stacy, Colette, and myself! The music theme is “Freebie pick” this week, so that means anything goes!

Just a reminder, I am just a co-host and I do not manage the linky party intended for anyone with a mewsical post. All other entries are subjected to being labeled or deleted. Now, party on! 😉

Hopefully, what I share with you every day will encourage you to do something that interests you that you’ve long put off because like me you just don’t think you can. My advice is, just do it! Maybe, you’ll be surprised. I know I was! 🙂

Not so fast, kittens & dawgs! Did you vote in round two of #BoTB on Saturday? *nodding of heads* NO?  What nifty, neat “N” words should I sketch next? Note your suggestions in comments and I’ll give you a nod (link back) should I use yours! 😉

I’m heading off to link up with other fellow AtoZers and you’re invited to come along.  I’ll see you on tomorrow for the next installment of Art Sketching through the Alphabet!
