They look ready to pounce!
great shot!
Amazing details you can see through a macro lens, right?!
Look at you! Now that is one gorgeous picture, but I sure hope you do a follow up when it blooms. 🙂
Marie, in the caption below the image I have a link to a magnolia bloom that I took the same day as this picture. 😀
Thank you so much for giving me a plug on your site. I’m honoured and flattered. I love your photo. You often see pictures of magnolia blossom, but rarely one of a bud!
You’re welcome, Keith! This is fun way to spotlight fellow photo bloggers. Maybe doing this small thing will allow you to meet new friends in Blogosphere.
What a great photo!!
Lovely! Makes me nostalgic for the magnolia tree in front of my hubby’s and my first house.

Nice shot!
Great pics. What expression on the kitty.
Wow…gorgeous!
I always love macros.
oh wow — that is amazing!! I really need a macro lens now to show off my blooms! I can’t wait to see an shot of the opened bloom too. I love magnolia’s but we can’t grow them up here (unless indoors and then they don’t bloom very well) – it’s just too cold at night.
beautiful photo! Will visit him now 🙂
