I either read somewhere or watched a documentary on bluegrass music and its origin. I learned that this type of music is very much like the music from the countries (Scotland/Ireland) of those who settled the area. After discovering this little tie-bit, I had a newer appreciation of that style of music more.
Really? Well that must explain it then….since I have Celtic roots! it must speak to the kitchen party tradition that runs in my veins. ha!
