Saturday Song-sausion #18

Thank you for taking time out of your busy weekend. The final countdown is on with only 4-day till Christmas. To break the stress and to get you in the mood to wrap your pile of presents, let’s unwind with today’s music.

Earlier in the week, my good friend, Callie from JAmericanSpice, introduced a new-to-me artist and it gives me great pleasure to share the sounds of Josh Wilson with Jesus Is Alive!

Save

Save

Save

NOEL

Wish that I was there,
On that silent night,
When your tiny heart started beating for mine,

I wish I couldn’t seen,
The star in David’s town,
When you turned a stable into Holy ground.
I sing along, the angels song.

Noel, Noel, Jesus is alive.
Emanuel, hope is here tonight.
So go, and tell, the world that death has died.
‘Cause Jesus is alive. Yea Jesus is alive.

The God who made us all,
With these two little hands,
Is bringing us his kingdom quiet as a lamb.
Oh such Amazing Grace!
A divine conspiracy.
This Savior in a manger changes everything.
That’s why we sing.

Noel, Noel, Jesus is alive.
Emanuel, hope is here tonight.
So go, and tell, the world that death has died.
‘Cause Jesus is alive. Yea Jesus is alive.

Sin you have no sting.
Hell you have no power. (Jesus is alive)
Curse you are no more.
This is your final hour. (Jesus is alive)
Because the son of God
Has not left us alone. (Jesus is alive)
He’ll live and die and rise again, and then he’ll bring us home. (Jesus is alive)
The old will pass away
And we will become new. (Jesus is alive)
This baby boy is making all sad things untrue.

Noel, Noel, Jesus is alive.
Emanuel, hope is here tonight.
So go, and tell, the world that death has died.

Noel, Noel, Jesus is alive.
Emanuel, hope is here tonight.
So go, and tell, the world that death has died.

‘Cause Jesus is alive. Yea Jesus is alive.
Yeah Jesus is alive.
Jesus is Alive!!

Jesus is alive.

CHRISTMAS CHANGES EVERYTHING

O Holy night, starry sky
We were dead until tonight
Christmas changes everything
Long lay the world inside our sin
He has come here to forgive
Christmas changes everything

[Chorus:]
Hallelujah, love has found us
Hope in a manger our Saviour is setting us free
This is rescue, Christ has come to make us new
Oh Christmas changes everything

Now God has met us where we are
A thrill of hope for hopeless hearts
His perfect love will shatter every fear
We’re coming back to life again
And it’s all because of Bethlehem
Rejoice, oh rejoice!

[Chorus:]
Hallelujah, love has found us
Hope in a manger our Saviour is setting us free
This is rescue, Christ has come to make us new
Oh Christmas changes everything

We will fall on our knees
We will fall on our knees
We will fall on our knees

O Holy night, holy child
We were dead till you came to life

[Chorus:]
Hallelujah, you have found us
Hope in a manger, oh Saviour we fall on our knees
You are rescue, you are making all things new
Oh Christmas changes everything
Yeah Christmas changes everything

Christmas changes everything.

PS: Christmas week, you won’t find me in Blogosphere. I am taking a little break to spend it with my DH. After al, isn’t Christmas about being with those cherish? Yep! I hope you will follow my lead by sharing your time with those you love, instead of having your face stuck in front of the computer unless…that’s one of the ways you and yours like spending together time. *smiles*

  1. beautiful – a perfect backdrop to some wrapping I am doing. In my case, hubby is working over the holidays and kids are in bed; so I have a few moments while having my bedtime tea to wish my favourite bloggers the most Merriest of Christmas. I won’t be back until after either. Enjoy your time with DH — God’s richest blessings to both of you.
