Carlos Santana once said: “… Just as Jesus created wine from water, we humans are capable of transmitting emotion into music…” I don’t think these two equal by any comparison but I do understand what Santana means. Music is the extension of our emotions, pure and simple.
Many of you know who Carlos Santana is, but for those who do not let me give you a brief intro, one of the greatest guitarists of all times! He became famous in the 60s and 70s with his group, Santana pioneering his own blend of rock n roll with a jazz and salsa mixture. The first music video is sure to jog your memory. Over the years, Santana has performed with many well-known vocalists and musicians. Here is a small sample of his music.
